I think a lot of my self-esteem and self-confidence is due to exercising. For example, you might enjoy yoga, tennis, swimming, aerobics, running, playing soccer, weightlifting, walking at your local mall, cycling, or hiking. For example, perhaps one piece of chocolate will do instead of two or three.

Let me give you an example. If you’re usually a shy guy, and that is your real nature (that’s nothing wrong with being shy, by the way) and you get into a personal relationship which will feed your self-esteem, you will accomplish a lot of stuff. An example of this is the co-dependent relationship you indicated.

I think many bloggers – Copyblogger is a good example – spoil readers with top-notch stuff at times.
