There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and pubs all within the campus so guests are very well looked after. I thought this would be really helpful for me, as an Executive Assistant, because I have so much to manage when it comes to organising my company’s events – and obviously all my other work!

A few years ago I was working for a company that employed a large number of consultants, all of whom stayed in London during the week while the business footed the bill. I spent a long time managing the relationship with the serviced apartment supplier and also dealt with all of the positive and negative feedback from the consultants.

Meeting other assistants who work near by, who share the same suppliers, hotels, restaurants etc. Previous to this I worked in such roles as Secretary to a group of Consultants, Marketing Assistant for an Architect firm, Facilities Coordinator for a construction company and Purchase Ledger for NHS Legal department just to name a few.
