I simply couldn’t catch up. A lot of my writing friends have done this and have wound up frittering their time away on mundane, unimportant tasks. If you are at home on this retreat: clean out your closets, organize your drawers, clean out your junk drawer, dust and clean off your bookshelves, donate old clothes to charity.

Then a bunch of co-workers show up in costumes. Do you like to dress up in fancy or scary costumes for this occasion? Do you want to dress up at the office, but not sure what to wear or if you even can? You dont want to end up at work and be the only one wearing a costume. What are you dressing up as? What a sight!

No matter when you get up in the morning, one of the things you need to do to is build routines that will allow you to make the most of your waking time. Before my wife goes to bed, I’ll make sure that my clothes for the next day are set out for me for the next morning. Instead, I like to get the low energy stuff out of the way.

This has been a great way to clear up a lot of unnecessary e-mails at work. Here is an example of some sub-folders and rules that I have set up that would work for a work e-mail or home account: I now send my subscribed feeds to a sub-folder that I can look at when I have the time. If you have access to their Inbox you can set them up.

Getting rid of what’s in excess and pushing up what brings in a bigger return, that’s the main traction of this guide and I admit I had a few “a-ha” moments myself. He is the one putting up insanely low prices on such a valuable content. Using it as you use your clothes, but not being a fashion whore. Blame it on him.
