I think that I tend to lean towards materials with real-life case study examples and/or people who I know and/or trust. Having said that, it could be worth a case study. Imagine if your library organized its books that way. Their “library&# is built. are our mentors, as well as the discussion leaders. One can promote ideas, push policy, raise interest, and perhaps, in the long term, even change behavior. James et al.
