State the purpose of the meeting in the calendar appointment as well as who will be at the meeting (i.e. Follow up with the meeting organizer to request agenda and/or meeting materials, pre-reading, etc.

I organize my desk so everything is within easy reach and makes sense to the way I like to work. I too, love to be organized and it only makes sense to be prepared.
