Find a mentor. I’m working on taking time off for visits, but in the meantime I’ll reconnect the old-fashioned way by writing, sending cards throughout the year; little gifts the family might enjoy, too. Ask questions of mentors and peers. Schedule a regular date night on your calendar with your spouse. Too short, indeed.
