It is simply using an on-line calendar with space on each day to enter what needs to be done. I feel confident as I check off each item that things will be done on time. No surprises! Choose New.

I am not sure if it would have changed the outcome, but at least I would feel confident that I flagged it for my boss. It is wise to take a moment and evaluate the situation.
