This is definitely good for sharing ideas and skills among teammates and other departments. We hold meetings every so often (since everyone’s busy and can’t really figure out when these meetings work for everyone), but we do try to meet at least once every quarter.

Although I did have the skills and experience, I wasnt sure employers would view the move as a social disconnect. Being a male administrative assistant has its ups and downs, but the ride is definitely exiting and fulfilling. I will definitely check out your blog as well for more ideas.
