For my entire career I've been dressing up the same way for a job interview in Hollywood. 4) Everyone's publicist on the red carpet was dressed this way at any event I worked at. Once, my agent/recruiter suggested I wear an all red suit to a job interview. My dad brought up an interesting point about attire.

I suggested it to the person organizing the event so I could help out and work it, but also to meet the direct reports of my CEO and the rest of the team at the headquarter office there. They were not old, grubby, smelly, or stained clothes - just very lounge-y comfortable clothes. I’m going to keep reading your blog regularly.

Office Dynamics just has this unique and special way of doing things; if you haven’t yet been to one of their conferences, you just cannot imagine the style and panache their Gala event manages to pack into a single evening. I had the happy privilege of interviewing many attendees on the red carpet, and it was so much fun.
