Co-workers can be dragons when they: gossip. Avoid gossiping. lack assertiveness. Only when you decide to think and act independently will you progress toward your goal. People in management positions usually have good reasons for taking certain actions and for making the decisions they make. Show respect for co-workers.

One way to control your mind and use your leadership skills it by seeking out motivational and inspirational books, CDs and seminars.
