Like many people, I didn’t feel the stress until I was so far down the rabbit hole that the only way out was to reach the bottom. Maybe you need to balance your budget once a week and would like to have dinner with friends at least twice a month. If you hate baby showers, send a thoughtful gift and be done with it.
