I delete it, flag it to deal with later, file it to a folder, or answer it right away. LOL I don’t divulge because I don’t have any and it’s not good to gossip. Be prepared that sometimes the job description you’re given when you interview is vastly differently once you’re in the job. And then ‘war stories’ come out sometimes.
