A leader achieves outcomes through —not at the expense of people. For example, if you are holding a meeting with team members, make sure the agenda is set, action items are completed and that things don’t slip through the cracks. A leader inspires confidence, trust and loyalty, through character, integrity and actions.

Buy Expensive Things This is one of the most costly ways to impress others, and it is very temporary. This is a very expensive way to impress others though, and will also create some folks who are unimpressed by your attempt to impress them. . #24 However, the one I have to disagree with is, ‘buy expensive things for yourself.’

After all, you can’t please everybody and everyone has their own agenda. Even soldiers believe they’re serving their countries, when they may only be furthering the agenda of a dictator.
