You can make that first step easier by supporting yourself: comfy clothes, your favorite music, an organizing buddy, etc. For bigger changes, enlist a mentor or professional coach to help you stay on track. To help you move through it I recommend leaving the environment that is overwhelming you. Obliterate Overwhelm!
