I hope these tips help you! Have money for group gifts. Alternately, you could say you only had X amount of dollars in your wallet and give that, offer to write a check, or give your own gift by baking cookies or something. Have a great credit score. Have money for job hunting and working.

I work at a travel and event planning agency. Unlike catering or gifts where the EA has a lot of decision-making power, travel is usually dictated by the powers that be. Most large companies have in house travel department or a pre-approved vendor and agency list. Call every single temping agency in town.
