Some behaviors can be argued as legally actionable and some cannot. Then, you may quickly go down the rabbit hole of legal action.

I know that is easier said than done because low self esteem may be the roadblock. I found this link to the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale which has some questions we can ask ourselves to see where we are on the self esteem scale. This is the time you need a lot of positive self talk. 23, 1 p.m.

I thought she had the potential to be a great assistant except for her low self esteem and she would put herself down when she made a mistake. I am not a legal expert and do not claim to give any legal advice. I sat next to her and worked with her for a few months so got to know her. One day she just up and quit.
