Ask for the buyout price of the venue and specifically what that includes (hours, personnel, and access time). This limits your negotiating power to compare pricing and use your own vendors. Make sure if you are planning a dinner in a restaurant, you may need to wait until they are through with their lunch service.

The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. I could still send the cards out in hardcopy, and since I could do it online it was convenient and reasonably priced. What a convenient way to send cards. She loved it!
