Since 2016 they've been using drones (more properly referred to as  unmanned aircraft systems ) to deliver blood and medical supplies in the African nation of Rwanda. This is because, generally speaking, new technologies are expensive. We also hear about driverless cars delivering pizza. We obviously like pizza delivery.
