When the printer/scanner/fax breaks down I am ultimately the person who troubleshoots and fixes the machine in question. The modern PA must embrace the culture of 2015 in order to remain connected, current and relevant. One consistent ad hoc duty for me throughout my career has been ‘maintenance woman’.
