As we head into the New Year it will be easy to forget and put 2008 instead of 2009. I only use this if I have a form or something that I always want the current date on it. Tried and True Method: I set up 12 hanging file folders labelled January through to December. If there are forms that need to filled in and it has a due date in June, I put those forms in the June folder with a bf date on it for a week before it is due. Where can I put this paper? Then I put a reminder for a few days before.
