If you are an outstanding worker they will come to you with bigger projects, a better title, and discussions about your future. Regarding the latter, can he/she even legally ask you to do those things (pick up dry cleaning, get a babysitter for the kids, etc etc?) Tread carefully and speak humbly when you negotiate.
