Interning is supposed to get you ahead, to help you find a job but now it seems people are just taking advantage. I've also interviewed people who are like deer frozen in the headlights, refusing to retrain in a dead-end profession or just sending out resumes to big job boards. I think we're in a transition time, for sure.
