I’d like a website, but I’m having a hard time justifying the expense.&# Something doesn’t necessarily have to be expensive, but I believe it has to *look* like it was done to quality standards for that perception of “expensive&# – which many people equate to grounded, established business.

Which brings me to my next point, I’m trying to promote recognition of analism as a disease. I have sometimes had conversations along the following lines: Co-worker: I’d love to have landed that promotion. I mean, come’on! We analists don’t mean to sound judgmental or condescending. Me: Why not?

I see one of two things, a blogger, who is paid to write content that promotes the services or products of another individual or business (ie. We have to consider that additional expense when we work out how much we’ll charge for our freelance services. sell, or b.) give away to build their list. We are our own employees.

Once that’s up and running a blog gives an extra insight into the website, but shouldn’t be at the expense of quality on the main site. I was spending more time writing, uploading, formatting, sending, replying to comments and promoting than I was with *my own kids*. Hmmm, think I need to move my focus for a minute!
