I admit it, I’m pretty addicted to my phone. But I did answer the pressing email! I am trying to lessen my phone dependence for Lent. Send an email. The supplier doesn’t like the new product you designed. Don’t sleep with your phone. I’m working on it. Change one thing in your routine. Enjoy them!

I also act as the central point of contact for both Directors which might include meeting clients/suppliers, telephone liaison and managing emails whilst they are away. As I’ve got older I realise that it’s important to have a balanced lifestyle. I also get a lot of phone calls from an array of people about all sorts of things.
