During his final year of baseball with the Cincinnati Reds I attended all of the home games, purchasing a bleacher ticket and sneaking my way down to the seats behind home plate. The last time I went to a restaurant, I checked online for a menu before calling to make reservations. One friend refers you to someone who only has an email address, a generic address like annepottertherapist@mail.com. People are seriously fed up with lousy customer service.
