The last time I went to a restaurant, I checked online for a menu before calling to make reservations. One friend refers you to someone who only has an email address, a generic address like annepottertherapist@mail.com. People are seriously fed up with lousy customer service. Looks like you’re gifted, too.

In fact, a friend of mine wrote out that last post by hand in blue and gold pen as a gift to me.
