You can purchase a copy on Amazon.com. Having seen him speak recently, as well as viewed some of his video blogs, I see how true to form this is. He almost achieves this by sharing stories of how his employees and coworkers put to practice the idea of over-delivering on customer service, even to complete strangers in supermarkets.

I called again and again after waiting 20 minutes on the phone, I had to explain all this again, I was told I would get a return form to fill in. That is worrying, since it could indicate a serious shift in Apples customer care policy and/or capacity. I told them if I wanted a PowerBook I would have purchased one.

Having looked into the options we have decided to purchase the Interwatch Security system. Sometimes, it might take some forms of wake up call to make us realise that a corporate job is not for life! I guess it depends on the circumstances and size/importance of the purchase. But trust comes in many forms, both short- and long term. Keep in mind that the article discusses the initial conditions required to be in place for a first-time purchase. Liking the author doesn’t factor into that first purchase anywhere.
