Who said it was smart to give a one-hour free seminar, speech or workshop almost every single day? I’d rather work with people who self-identify as businesspeople rather than bloggers. Businesspeople understand investment, as opposed to cost. Prices always tend towards marginal costs. We did this to ourselves.
