Be careful what you say in stressful situations. Co-workers will gain confidence in you if they see you react calmly during difficult times. Be sensitive of others : Jokes at someone else’s expense are not worth the trouble. I work in a call center and sometimes the stress of the job alone is enough to keep you on the edge.
