I’d had it with the internal struggle. To me, this reeks of what psychologists call “internal validation&# … and previous descriptions (earlier in the post) revolve more around EXTERNAL validation (seeking approval from others). Maybe it’s a form of burnout? So I gave up. Cathy Miller´s last blog.
