Regardless of the type of business, the process to creating a happy work environment starts with some fundamentals: Make wise choices in hiring. Nelson cites another example of how policy focused on keeping employees happy can work in a small-business environment. I don’t want to say it’s all over, but your self-esteem gets tanked.

I’d rather work with people who self-identify as businesspeople rather than bloggers. They have a budget. I see one of two things, a blogger, who is paid to write content that promotes the services or products of another individual or business (ie. Most bloggers are cheap-asses. No way, dude. sell, or b.)
