I sat at my kitchen table watching my phone blow up while people were emailing and IM’ing me all at the same time wanting to know why they couldn’t get on the call. I open up a Word document and every time I see something in my emails that needs to be taken care of – I put it on that Word list. You can just write “Thx!”
