I sat at my kitchen table watching my phone blow up while people were emailing and IM’ing me all at the same time wanting to know why they couldn’t get on the call. It’s best to give some inkling of a reason as obvious as it may seem and reschedule ASAP so they don’t feel unimportant or that you’re actually canceling for good.
