I provide extensive diary management including global travel arrangements, compile reports, agendas and for Committee and Board meetings. I also act as the central point of contact for both Directors which might include meeting clients/suppliers, telephone liaison and managing emails whilst they are away.

Do you only email each other or speak briefly on the phone when you need something? You can put together an agenda so that the meeting isn’t just there for people to vent but actually talk about best practice, what can be improved in the office, frustrations, achievements etc etc. So how do we do this? Bond over shared experiences.

Dino Said on December 22nd, 2008 at 3:42 am I agree , I too work at home and I love it , no rigid dress code , no claustrophobic cubicle and no stress generating travel from home to work office.
