Make it a point to "go to work" and "come home" Setting clear working hours (and sticking to them!) I made a "Do Not Disturb Under Penalty of Death by Tickling" sign for my office. A little strong, but it definitely gets the point across. I find that it is easier to work in an office. Organizing.
