In fact, it’s one of the reasons why administrative training is more necessary than ever. Executives are tech-savvy, self-sufficient and independent, so they manage a lot of their own administrative needs. Executives don’t want to “manage” another person. But, in my opinion, they don’t hold up under scrutiny.
