Since the hotel’s 2009 opening, the area has thrived, building off of Harper’s mission. An ethnobotanical garden thriving with native plants and a biodiverse arroyo garden supply produce to the hotel’s restaurants (Botánica, CENTRO Café and KAHAL). Everything I’ve done, in some way, shape or form, feeds this. And that she did.
