Depending on usage, maybe they should be in a binder, file folders, taped up on boards, just stapled in a packet or interofficed somewhere.

Make sure that you have enough drawers to adequately file and store paperwork, in addition to all the tape, staples, sticky notes, etc… that might be lying around scatter-shot. If you’re working on multiple different projects, create one folder called ‘Projects’ on your desktop. Give the projects their own folders inside that.

Wordpress is not just a software, but a platform for managing, creating and publishing information on the Internet without having any technical and programming skills. And call me old-fashioned, but I still manage my e-mail in Eudora, which behaves in some ways similarly to TweetDeck. Organize by project, and even use custom tags.

I’m also fond of the Fujitsu ScanSnap (mainly because of its ability to seamlessly integrate with Evernote), but I’ve managed to make Evernote and the NeatDesk get along just fine. With the recent news of the MailDrop feature now in beta – which is very slick, I might add – there’s a lot to like about this powerful task management app.
