It’s not unheard of to be on call 24/7 or to work 60-100 hours a week depending on your executive and industry. If you no longer want to stay an EA, perhaps you can transition to be the Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or even become coordinator, associate, biz analyst, project manager, or director in a different department.
