When we were a smaller agency, I was the EA and Office Manager for a smaller facility. I'm really interested in progressing and developing my skills but feel that managing the office is hindering my ability to focus on the core of being an EA. We also got 2 floating/personal holidays, about 3-10 sick days, and also working in the entertainment industry, most places shut down for the last 10-14 days of the year.
