They work initially as an assistant-in-training and report to a senior assistant for mentoring and help with anything that comes up on the job. Because of this mentoring program they had no problem hiring young assistants right out of college.

The CPS certification from IAAP was a very positive step which encouraged me to finish my BA degree. That’s when I turned to IAAP and am currently working towards my CAP-OM certification.
