There are always areas each of us can improve upon, but I think we are the ones who can teach each other through mentoring new employees, writing articles on ideas we have or techniques for getting the job done and even speaking about it. Sometimes I think we look to others to teach us, when we really are the experts ourselves.

Today’s administrative assistant is much more than a secretary, but we seem to have the same idea as in the past.
