If you haven’t heard, Microsoft is really pushing the new Office 365 , which is all of our old standbys from the Office Suite now delivered on a subscription basis, rather than purchasing that familiar box with the software on CD in it. Each user is allowed to install the software on up to 5 devices. And that’s huge.

The list includes YouTube, Spotify, Google Docs, Facebook, Slideshare and Instagram. Dropbox just changed my mind.

You can add fun reminders (that can be repeatable) in order to make sure you don’t miss anything that needs to be done. Astrid Task can be synced with both Google Tasks and Calendar. The task manager allows you to set up group events and projects. You must have Google syncing on your phone in order to use it.

I also have different email signatures set up for different email accounts, and Gmail automatically puts the right signature for the right account. I couldn’t find this same functionality in Gmail initially, so was copying and pasting from Outlook into Gmail each time I wanted to use an email template. Email Signatures.
