If they don’t like constant emails with status reports, then use a project management tool and put the information there so the clients can check on things on their own time. I couldn’t find this same functionality in Gmail initially, so was copying and pasting from Outlook into Gmail each time I wanted to use an email template. It requires you download a spreadsheet and save it in your Google docs, but it’s such a huge timesaver. Email Signatures. Email Templates. And it was!

You can add fun reminders (that can be repeatable) in order to make sure you don’t miss anything that needs to be done. Astrid Task can be synced with both Google Tasks and Calendar. This app varies from the previously mentioned apps by being dependent upon syncing with Google Tasks. It has Google Doc syncing.

A centred heading and left-aligned text doesn’t look too good so I always prefer left alignment even with the slide heading. Google Slides. Google Slides has all of the elements you would expect from a google product. Each slide should contain one point. Slides should support your point – not make them.

I couldn’t believe it either. I personally couldn’t do this, but it’s quite interesting that people would actually think of this. I work in a back office environment, where 99% of our client interaction is via the phone, e-mail or outside of the office, so I can wear jeans and a t-shirt.
