I also manage and mentor our team’s Apprentice, who is an invaluable help for various admin tasks. I maintain extensive status sheets for all our programmes so I always know what is going on.

It led me to create one of my favorite checklists ever – a four page travel planning checklist that I still use to this day. You don’t have to create a checklist for everything all at once. You can do the same thing with any recurring task.
