Here’s my gift round up for the year. No saving up bags of shredding for that rainy day that never comes. This one handles credit cards and staples too. My clients all love it too and some end up buying their own. It has a QWERTY keyboard which I find way easier to use than others with an ABC keyboard.

Yes, I had got up to make the odd cup of tea or make a quick trip to the bathroom but I hadn’t been out for lunch or in any meetings that day so effectively I had been sitting in my chair at my desk for a good 8 hours. The phone should be on the desk as near to your keyboard and computer screen as possible. Other bits and bobs.

I was in back-to-back Committee meetings and I decided to use two different colours of folders, a blue one for the Committee members, with an attendance sheet stapled to the inside cover for my purposes, along with their meeting packages, and a red one for the Chair with everything the Chair was going to need. 411 Look Up 411.ca

While the large-sized one isn’t ideal for everyone, the Mini Ideaboard is something I’d use for mind mapping and mocking up ideas to share with others. The NeatDesk looks good, doesn’t take up a lot of room, and works great as well. I’m also fond of the Origami , but I do have an Apple Wireless Keyboard as well, so there’s that.).

A certain amount of piling is inescapable, especially when you are actively working with the documents filling up your workspace. Stacked up beside your keyboard is never the right answer. If it’s actually been a week since you needed to staple something, why is that stapler still next to your phone?
