Downscaling lowers the stakes, lowers the risk, and that in turn usually lowers your stress level and resistance to doing it. That’s good advice anytime.

Meditating Improves Concentration

When I sit down to write, sometimes I get stressed out when my mind wanders elsewhere and I'm not getting enough words on the page.
