Now my team and I use Dropbox , so it’s become my default digital filing cabinet. Sometimes there are digital files we’d like to clean up or delete from our primary list of folders, yet it’s important to maintain an archive in case you need to refer back to them later. Or you can create a folder called My Filing Cabinet.

Evernote allows me to upload, add, bookmark, etc anything that I would like to store as a "note" for future reference. LNM LOVES Dropbox! Then we found out about Dropbox. The tech tool that I could not live without is an online tool called Evernote. We considered a cloud as well.

For reference, I configured two Office 365 accounts for the review with no issues as well as a Gmail account. iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox are available for use – the popular Box.net is not however, nor OneDrive from Microsoft which, with their new storage options for Office 365 subscribers, is disappointing.
