This is one of my oldest projects and it’s the kind of stuff that grows organically, without too much noise, but with the unmissable feeling of a strong, solid foundation. Which is exactly in 48 hours. Now I have a confession to make. I suck at sales pages. I have stared doing such activities in ly life too.

Train yourself to become better at killing tasks. The ultimate project management victory: I crossed off my own death today. In this respect, a project is never “finished” in ADD. The graphical representation of a project in Assess – Decide – Do will look more like a spiral than like a Gantt diagram.

I fell off the GTD wagon and didn’t embarked on a new train. Decision is the state in which you project your next reality. Well, you can edit that piece of information, right in the Assess realm, choosing what type of info is: task, idea, event or project. You may turn those ideas into projects later if you really want to.

And some of them will become projects, a sequence of single actions. For instance, don’t spread a project task in more than one category of Assess, Decide or Do. Some of them will be rewritten as single tasks. Some of them will remain there and be brainstormed again and again until they evolve into a form you’re comfortable with.

When I started to work for this project (and yes, it was just a pet project in the beginning), all I did was to log daily my progress. Learned how to create a project and what the folder structure means. Did a few tests with some sample projects to see how the building process works. Can be tricky at times. Got some rest.
