I feel like I can jump from cubicle to cubicle across the world, being a fly, er, spider on the wall. They know that they’ve got to meet goals or they start chopping heads. For me, one of the great things about Twitter is that is allows me to learn more about what people experience at work every day. Maybe time for a massage?

At the Time, Americans had offices, private offices, and the notion that you would sort of work at a desk without a cubicle wall or something right next to someone else was strange to people, and it really pushed them. So one of the barons of the early 19th, 20th century, then pouring those resources now into the next. The future.
